Come celebrate the start of our annual arts festival with a colorful, open-air soiree at twilight.
Savor scintillating global hors d'oeuvres by Chef Brandon Worrell and curated cocktails while enjoying special performances by Oxnard’s youngest mariachi singer, Risitos de Oro (Kaylanie Berrera), a rare belly dance presentation from NEMA Studios, and lively sounds from Cuba with a set from Ventura County’s own, Havana 5.

Get exclusive early entry to the Visual Arts Hall and spend quality time with emerging and seasoned local artists and the opportunity to buy their works before the festival opens to the public. Proceeds from the silent auction - featuring unique experiences, original art and more - benefit The PACC’s educational programming.
